PRE-REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Multiple show pre-registration discounts cannot be applied retroactively
•10% discount on all tables for pre-registering for 3-5 shows in the 2017 calendar year.
•15% discount on all tables for pre-registering for 6-11 shows in the 2017 calendar year.
•20% discount on all tables for pre-registering for 12-15 shows in the 2017 calendar year..
•25% discount on all tables for pre-registering for 16+ shows in the 2017 calendar year..
•Pre-registration discounts do not apply to discounted wristbands and/or corner requests
•No more than TWO (2) Artists are allowed to be registered per table. Please submit email addresses for all Artists at table.
•All payments must be made in full. No deposits will be accepted.
CANCELLATION, REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY:
•No refunds will be given if requested 30 days or less prior to shows. If you cancel your table or booth space more than 30 days prior to the show, you will receive either a full refund or be allowed to transfer funds to a future show. You are allowed one (1) cancellation or transfer per year at no cost. Additional cancellations or transfers are subject a $25 fee.
All transfers or refunds MUST be approved by your Sales Person only. Do not request a transfer or refund from either Accounting or the Sales Coordinators.
•Failure to notify Wizard World in writing of a cancellation more than 24 hours before the load-in start time of a show is an automatic forfeiture of funds.
ONE (1) ARTIST ALLEY TABLE INCLUDES:
•ONE (1) 8ft table, ONE (1) table ID Sign, TWO (2) chairs, TWO (2) Floor wristbands
NOTES:
Corner placement will include (1) additional 6ft end cap table
•Additional 3-4 day Floor wristbands, cash only: $40/wristband (limit TWO per table) for all shows EXCEPT: $60/wristbands for Philadelphia and Chicago (limit TWO per table)
•Table placement priority is based upon a combination of factors, including the number of conventions you book on the Wizard
World tour, number of tables booked, number of sponsorships ordered, etc. Wizard World will make every effort to give you your top selections during the table placement process, but cannot guarantee a specific placement.
ARTIST ALLEY TABLE REGULATIONS:
•Artists must occupy their table(s) throughout all the days of the convention.
•Artists may not rent or sublet their table(s) without the express permission of Wizard World.
•Adult material is restricted and may only be displayed in a manner approved by Wizard World.
•Any table space that has not been set up at least ONE (1) hour prior to opening time will be forfeited without refund.
•Artist Alley 2’ wide walkway must be kept clear at all times. Absolutely no boxes or displays allowed in walkway area.
•Due to Fire Marshal safety concerns, display must NOT exceed 10 feet in height.
•Table placement is subject to Fire Marshal changes at any point.
•All backdrops must be properly secured to the ground; Artists cannot expand into other tables or set up outside of their designated table confines. This includes signage, which can only be front facing.
NOT PERMITTED IN ARTIST ALLEY:
•NO airbrushing
•NO extra tables and/or chairs
•NO displays/items in front of the table
•NO switching or re-arranging tables on site
•NO self-built structures that create enclosed “walls”
WRISTBAND POLICY:
•Passes are for Artist & Staff use ONLY and are not permitted to be sold.
•Each Artist table includes TWO (2) complimentary Floor wristbands. These wristbands give you access to the show floor during load-in hours and throughout all 3-4 days of the show. A maximum of TWO (2) additional Floor wristbands can be purchased on-site at the Professional Registration booth for Artists at the prices listed above (cash only). Each wristband can be used for one person and is not transferable. This policy will be strictly enforced.
A Wizard World staff member must put on your wristbands individually; wristbands must be worn at all times when on the show floor. Wristbands can be picked up at Professional Registration at any point during the show. They will be under the Artist name on the Registration Form submitted.
•No children under the age of 14 years old are allowed on the show floor during Load in/Load out. This is the policy of the Convention
Center Public Safety department. Wizard World does not provide childcare services. No Exceptions.
•SHOW DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
•BY PURCHASING THIS BOOTH, YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO ALL TERMS LISTED ABOVE.
•FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS LISTED ABOVE MAY RESULT IN SUSPENSION FROM WIZARD WORLD CONVENTIONS
