Premier exhibitor booth sales for Wizard World's 2017 tour.

Restrictions

Show Requirements:

Floor wristbands are for exhibitor & staff use only and cannot be sold to others
50% deposit is required to register.  Full payment due no later than 30 days prior to show
Exhibitors may not sublet their space without the express permission of Wizard World
Exhibitors must occupy their space throughout all show days & hours
You may not expand into other booths or set up outside your booth, including signage, which may only be front-facing
Load-in can only occur during hours specified in One-Sheet & Exhibitor kit
Sword & knife dealers must supply proof of insurance at least 30 days prior to event
Sword & Knife, Corset, Leather Journal, Adult Materials are a limited or restricted category.  Please contact your salesperson for space availability and approval prior to registering.  Wizard World must approve all items prior to display.
No celebrity guests are permitted in exhibitor booths without the express written permission of Wizard World, which will grant these requests only in very limited circumstances due to contract obligations.

Multiple show discounts cannot be applied retroactively.  Standard discount schedule:

10% for pre-registering for 3-5 shows in the 2017 calendar year.
15% for pre-registering for 6-11 shows in the 2017 calendar year.
20% for pre-registering for 12-15 or more shows in the 2017 calendar year.
25% for pre-registering for 16+ shows in the 2017 calendar year.
50% payment is required for all shows to obtain discount.  CALL YOUR SALESPERSON for the discount code to use before completing the transaction.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY:

•No refunds will be given if requested 30 days or less prior to shows. If you cancel your table or booth space more than 30 days prior to the show, you will receive either a full refund or be allowed to transfer funds to a future show. You are allowed one (1) cancellation or transfer per year at no cost. Additional cancellations or transfers are subject a $25 fee.

*The use of certain discount codes negates the ability to receive a refund and/or a transfer.*

All transfers or refunds MUST be approved by your Salesperson. only. Do not request a transfer or refund from either Accounting or the Sales Coordinators.

•Failure to notify Wizard World in writing of a cancellation more than 24 hours before the load-in start time of a show is an automatic forfeiture of funds.

10x10 Booth Includes:

8 ft pipe & back drape, 3 ft pipe & side drape, two side chairs, one 7"x44" booth sign, one 8 foot table (corner booth provides an additional 6 foot table), four floor wristbands(up to four more may be purchased at the Professional Registration booth at the event - pricing dependent on event)
Note:  10x20 booths face into aisle
Corner spaces are on a first come, first served basis.
Booth placement priority is based on a combination of factors, including the number of conventions you book on the Wizard World tour, number of booths booked, number of sponsorships, etc.  Wizard World will make every effort to give you your top selections during the booth placement process, but cannot guarantee a specific placement.
