Wizard World 2017 Pallet & Grid Shipping

All pallets width and length must be 48" x 40".

Short Pallets 0"-50" - $165 (height: ground level up)

Tall Pallets 51"-96" - $325 (height: ground level up)

Grid Wall - $3 each (sold exclusively in groups of 10)

All payments must be made no later than the Sunday prior to the show to secure your space on the truck.

 

Shipping Information:

Pallet(s) will be dropped off and picked up at your booth at each show.

Exhibitor is solely responsible for packing and securing all items on pallet.

Wizard World will provide shipping labels, pallet skids, and shrink wrap; exhibitor is responsible for wrapping pallet(s).

Pallet(s) should be clearly labeled with company name and pallet count. (ex. 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3)

Pallet Shipment must be purchased on TicketLeap prior to shipment from the first show to the second.

Wizard World is not responsible for any damaged or lost itmes during shipping. it is recommended that you obtain your own shipping insurance.

Insurance:

Our shipper is bonded and insured.

Coverage is $0.50 per pound.

Exhibitors can purchase insurance at $0.65 for each $100 dollars above the base $0.50 per pound.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY:

•No refunds will be given if requested 30 days or less prior to shows. If you cancel your pallet more than 30 days prior to the show, you will receive either a full refund, or be allowed to transfer funds to a future show. You are allowed to request a transfer of your funds up to 2 weeks from the start of the show. Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the show are considered a forfeiture of funds. You are allowed one (1) cancellation or transfer per year at no cost. Additional cancellations or transfers are subject a $25 fee.

All transfers or refunds MUST be approved by Joe Avino. Do not request a transfer or refund from either Accounting or the Sales Coordinators.
