For one, flat fee, Wizard World will ship your inventory directly from your booth in one city to your booth at your next city! We’ll even ship your grid wall!
o Pallets must be 48” x 40”
o Pallets stacked 50 inches high or less will cost $200 each, city to city. (Measured from ground level)
o Pallets stacked 51 to 96 inches high will cost $400 each, city to city. (Measured from ground level)
o Shipping grid will cost $3 per piece and is sold in groups of 10 only.
o If a pallet is shipped to an “in-between” show that you will not be exhibiting at, you are still responsible for the shipping cost.
o The deadline to purchase space on the truck will be one week prior to load-in (specific dates will be sent to you via eblast). Pallets unpaid by the deadline will not be allowed on the truck.
